Sincera is a dating app for adults who want a serious relationship and are done with swiping. Every member has passed a government ID check. Every first date is a 25-minute video call inside the app. Messaging opens only after a date, and only if you both say yes. HOW IT WORKS 1. Apply and get verified. The application takes about three minutes: first name, man or woman, date of birth, city, marital status, and whether you have children. You attest that you are not married. Then you pay the $3 join fee once through the App Store and complete a short ID check on Stripe Identity: a government ID and a selfie. Sincera never receives your ID images or your selfie. 2. Take the compatibility assessment. Eight short sections, plus a few questions about children, faith, timeline, and dealbreakers. About ten minutes. Your answers shape who you see. Your date may be told where you differ on faith, children, or timeline. 3. Browse your introductions. Your feed shows only members of the opposite gender who are at least 51% compatible with you, ranked by fit, first names only. You can narrow the list by age, marital status, children, faith importance, and distance. When you would like to meet someone, tap once. Mutual interest is a match. 4. Book the video date. One of you unlocks the date for $8. Propose up to three times that work for you, your match picks one, and the date is booked. The details arrive by email and notification, with a calendar invite, and the room opens ten minutes early. 5. Meet on video, inside the app. The date is 25 minutes, face to face, with a timer that keeps a first date the size of a first date. No links to share and no phone numbers to trade. Sincera does not record your date, and the call is only ever between the two of you. 6. Message if it goes well. When the time is up, each of you privately answers whether you would like to keep talking. If you both say yes, a private conversation opens. If either of you passes, it closes quietly for both, and nothing about your answer is shared. WHAT IT COSTS $3 to apply, once, paid through the App Store. It covers your application and the ID check. $8 to unlock a date, paid once through the App Store and kept as a credit for one date. Only the person who unlocks pays. If no time gets picked, or your date does not show up, the credit comes back to you. $0 for everything else. Nothing renews. There are no tiers or boosts, and nobody can pay to be seen more or matched sooner. If your first month has one date, your whole bill is $11: the $3 once, plus $8 for the date. There is no monthly fee. SAFETY Report and block are one tap away on any profile, in the date room, on the post-date screen, and in every conversation. A report blocks the person permanently, ends any introduction between you, and goes to our team for review. The person you report is never told. Sincera asks for your camera and microphone only for the date. WHAT SINCERA DOES NOT DO We do not collect phone numbers. We do not use passwords. You sign in with a link sent to your email. We do not track your location. You type a city, and others see only a rough distance, such as Nearby or 40 miles away. We do not show ads or use advertising trackers, and your data is never sold. Other members never see your legal name, your email, your date of birth, or your city. You can delete your account from inside the app. WHO IT IS FOR Adults 21 and older who are single, ready for commitment, and willing to be seen on camera before a week of texting. Introductions are between men and women, one to one. Your card shows whether you have been married before and whether you have children. Whether you have never married, are divorced, or are widowed, Sincera gives you a real conversation with someone compatible, and what happens next is up to the two of you.
