• Notifications for replies to comments: When someone replies to a comment on your video, or in a thread you wrote in, you get a notification and an email once the video has been reviewed. You can now turn the emails off in the app too. • Students upload the videos for review: As an expert, you no longer upload your own videos for review. Home and Videos no longer offer you an upload for them. • Cancellations when a group is deleted: When a trainer deletes a group, everyone with an upcoming session in it gets a cancellation. • Recordings in your language: Recordings of your live coaching sessions now have a title and description in your language, with the time in your time zone. • Titles visible again on iOS 26: On iPhones with iOS 26, the Sessions and Profile tabs show their title again. • Clearer empty session lists: When Upcoming or Cancelled is empty, it now says which sessions will appear there.

• Strido now speaks Spanish: pick it in your preferences, and your emails follow. • A group's invitation code works with any account, even if the invitation went to another email address. • Text fields no longer drop characters when you type or paste fast, and move above the keyboard. • In dark mode, the buttons at the top no longer flash bright. • Screens and emails use the same terms throughout.

• Book live coaching faster: Booking has been redesigned – clearer, with fewer steps and one tap per choice. • Example videos for exercises: If your expert added an example video to an exercise, you see it right in your training plan. • See reviewed videos right away: When your expert marks your video as reviewed, the app shows it without reloading. • Find your timezone more easily: The timezone list in Preferences shows every zone with its offset from UTC and finds yours faster. • More reliable and always up to date: Changes show up at once, even on a poor connection, and comments no longer get lost. “Enhance text with AI” works again. • Polish for the iPhone: Many screens look tidier – consistent buttons, text you can read in full and more room for the keyboard. • Leaving a group cancels sessions: When someone leaves a group or deletes their account, their upcoming sessions are cancelled and the other participants are told.
