Build your recipe collection Paste a link to any recipe, and the ingredients and method are lifted out for you. With PLUS you can scan cookbook pages, screenshots, import from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Pinterest, record a family member cooking and have the recipe written up in their own words, or search the web for recipes without ever leaving the app. Signing up for an account means you can access the same library across all devices, and creating a Household lets other users share one library, schedule, and shopping list. Plan your week Add meals to your day in just a tap or drag. Meal plans can be saved as templates and reused. Turn on "Recommendations" and empty slots will recommend recipes based on your taste, what's in your kitchen, and what's in season near you. Everybody gets a name tag so you can see who's eating at a glance, and scale your recipes to match. A smarter grocery list Your shopping list writes itself as you plan your week, and it's easy to add extra items and notes, see which recipe each item is needed for, substitute ingredients, and be reminded when something is already in your freezer. Freeze and defrost reminders No more cooking from frozen, or throwing out expired meat. The schedule knows when leftovers or meats are going to expire, and tells you when to move food from the fridge to freezer and back again. Optional notifications mean you'll always be on top of your stock management. Nutrition, beyond macros All users can opt in to calorie counts on all their recipes. With PLUS, the Nutrition tab provides a holistic approach to meal planning. "Eat your rainbow", 30 plants a week, plate balance, and macros, all allow you to see the variety and balance in your meal plan. It's a proactive approach to meal planning - reading from your future schedule, as well as allowing for easy logging on the fly. Take a photo of your meal, describe it in words, or scan a barcode. Cook together, with PLUS Link the people you cook and eat with into one household. Everyone sees the same plan, recipes, and grocery list, and can set their own nutrition goals. One PLUS subscription covers the entire household. The Assistant Your own personal sous chef helps you decide what to cook, pairs drinks with meals, and turns half-baked ideas into fully fledged recipes. Ask it to plan a dinner party menu, and add items straight to your library, planner and grocery list in just a few taps. Your data No ads. Features that use LLMs (reading recipe photos, recordings and videos, logging a meal from a photo or a description, and the Assistant) send what you give them to Google's AI services, and only after you say yes. Usage analytics is off unless you choose to share it. You can change either choice at any time in Settings. a quiet counter PLUS PLUS adds scanning a page or screenshot, importing from video, recording a cook, recipe search, the Nutrition tab with meal logging from a photo, printable recipe cards and weekly menus, developing your own dish, up to 150 Assistant replies a month, and households. It is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or annual. The monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial where the store offers one. Prices are shown in the app and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
