ChessCoach is now a step-by-step chess course. • The app opens on Today's Learning: your next lesson and a four-step daily plan • 10 new lessons with board exercises: opening principles, tactical motifs, endgame basics • Game review explains each mistake in plain words and links to the lesson that teaches it • 200 new tactics puzzles: forks, pins, skewers and discovered attacks, linked from the lessons • New My Progress screen: chapters, accuracy per theme, what to study next • A more lifelike 3D wooden board with a new knight New: the ChessCoach Full Course (one-time purchase, Family Sharing) opens all 20 lessons and 200 tactics puzzles and removes ads. The first 5 lessons, Today's Learning, 1,000 mate puzzles, the daily puzzle and games stay free, and if you have used the app since 1.0, the 10 lessons you had stay free. Your saved games, puzzles and lessons carry over.

Hints are now free and unlimited. • "Watch an ad for a hint" is gone — hints are always free • Ads appear only when you open the app (at most 3 a day, 4 hours apart) • Nothing interrupts a game, a puzzle, or a review • No ad on the first launch after installing

You can now get extra hints by watching an ad. • Every game still includes 3 free hints • After that, tap "Watch an ad for a hint" and a short video unlocks the hint • Ads appear only when you tap that button — no banners, no full-screen interstitials • If an ad can't be loaded (for example offline), you get the hint without one

After each game, ChessCoach now points out up to three of your biggest mistakes. • Replay any mistake position as a puzzle ("My mistakes" in the Puzzles tab) • Games in progress are saved automatically, so you can pick up where you left off • The bottom tabs are simplified to Play, Training and Puzzles
