ASK ABOUT ANY SESSION
Finish a workout and ask. Ankh answers with your own numbers in it: what your wearable said about the night before, what you ate around the session, how this week's load sits beside last week's.
COMMIT TO WHAT MATTERS
Choose up to three daily metrics from Ankh's list, or describe your own in your own words. Ankh calls them pillars, and the morning briefing is written against them.
MISSIONS
Set a goal in your own words, a race, a build phase, a cut. Ankh generates a phased plan and adapts it against your actual recovery and training. Free for your first 90 days.
LOG WITHOUT SWITCHING APPS
Workouts sync automatically. Strength work logs by exercise, set and rep. Photograph a food or supplement label and Ankh reads it. Body composition arrives from your smart scale.
SHARE WHAT YOU DID
Story-format cards for runs, sessions, personal records and mission milestones.
YOUR DATA
Sign in with Apple, so there is no password to give. Encrypted in transit, and at rest both on your device and in the cloud. Cycle data is excluded from AI analysis by default. AI features run only after you agree to them. Export your data whenever you want, and delete your account from inside the app.
Your analysis text and your metrics are never used to train AI models. Photographs of food and supplement labels are retained, together with the label read from them, to improve recognition over time. They are never sold and never shared for anyone else's purposes.

Free to download, and the daily coach card and its morning briefing stay free. Pro adds AI analysis of your dashboard and of any training day, food and supplement label scanning by photo, three pillars instead of one, six-month and one-year stats, your full personal-record history, and the AI signature on share cards.
$14.99 per month or $99.99 per year in the United States. Prices elsewhere are set by Apple in local currency. A 14-day free trial is offered on both, as an Apple introductory offer that renews at the full price unless you cancel.
