Youmotion is a private space to notice what you feel and hold on to the moment. START WITH PULSE Move from the center toward Fear, Joy, Anger, Love, Sadness, Shame, or Disgust. The distance captures intensity, while positions in between help you describe emotional nuance. REFLECT IN YOUR OWN WORDS Add a short note if it helps—or leave the moment unexplained. You can also name the core belief that triggered the feeling. And you can create a positive, supportive guiding belief to help you find a new direction for yourself. Both belief steps are optional. REVISIT YOUR MOMENTS • Review, edit, or delete moments in History • See a calendar across your complete recorded history • Discover patterns identified in Insights • Use the app in English or German PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries stay on this device. There is no account to create. You decide what to record and can edit or remove it at any time.
