RAVO is the shared place that holds a home together: tasks, shopping, the calendar, bills and reminders, for everyone who lives there, each according to their role.
QUICK ADD
Write one sentence, like a message. RAVO works out whether it is a task, something to buy, an event or a bill, who it is for and when. Tap the day, the time or the person to change them, and add the next one without closing.
TASKS WITHOUT CHASING
Every task has an owner and a date. Whoever has it gets a reminder on time; whoever finishes it ticks it off, and everyone sees it is done.
ONE SHOPPING LIST
One list for the whole home, sorted by aisle. Whoever is in the shop ticks off what goes in the trolley, and whoever is at home sees it happen.
A SHARED CALENDAR AND A MORNING BRIEF
Clubs, appointments and dinners in one calendar, with a reminder beforehand. Every morning at 08:30 each person gets one short message with what is waiting for them that day.
THE HOME'S MONEY
Bills with an amount and a due date, a reminder before they are due, this month's spending and standing orders. Mark a bill paid and nobody pays it twice.
EVERYONE SEES WHAT'S THEIRS
Invite whoever you need and give them a role. Permissions are enforced on the server: children do not see bills, and staff do not see spending.
RAVO BUSINESS
A separate space for a business, with team tasks, procurement, issues and maintenance, vendors, equipment and team updates.
The assistant points out what is worth handling now, like a task that stalled or a bill coming due, and suggests the next step. It never changes anything on its own.

A new look for the whole app. The sky at the top of Today follows the time of day, Quick Add reads like writing a message (tap the day, the time or the person to change them, and add the next one without closing), and the bubble in the tab bar can be dragged between screens. Sign-up now fits on a single screen, the keyboard no longer covers add sheets, and events added with a time are saved reliably.
