Log the set while you rest, not when you get home.
AgujetApp is the screen you look at standing up, between sets: what is on today, how much you lifted last time, and where to tick the set you just did. One swipe, no menus, no signal.
THREE STEPS, AND NONE OF THEM LEAVES THE SCREEN
• See what is on. The whole week at a glance, rest days included: the question is "what am I doing today?" and answering it means seeing the gaps too.
• Swipe the set. The weight comes prefilled from the last time you did that exercise, and the reps from what your routine asks for. When they match — nine times out of ten — you swipe the row and you are done.
• Go up when it is time. When you finish an exercise it tells you what to load next time, and why: you closed all three sets, go up; you have been stuck for three sessions, drop 10% and climb back.
DURING THE SESSION
• Real weight and reps, not a "done" checkbox. Everything else comes from that.
• Rest timer that starts on its own when you tick the set, and tells you when it is over.
• Last time's weight, even if it was three months ago on a different routine: same machine, same number worth seeing.
• 116 exercises with an illustration, machine setup, execution and common mistakes.
• Estimated 1RM from the Epley formula, without having to test a max.
• Bodyweight exercises — planks, treadmill, floor work — marked as such, so they stay out of the 1RM.
OUTSIDE THE SESSION
• Body weight with a chart and a goal, and how much you have moved since you set it.
• Health: reads your weigh-ins and the workouts your watch recorded, and writes back the ones you log here. With your permission, and only what you grant.
• Streak of completed sessions, with a best and an image to show it off.
• Muscle map: what you have worked and what you have not touched in weeks.
ANY ROUTINE YOU LIKE
Paste it from the clipboard or open a file. One sample routine comes built in, plus the prompt you hand an AI so it writes yours in the format the app reads. Up to eight weeks per plan, any number of days.
OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT
There is no signal in a gym basement and the app does not need one: the routine, the whole catalogue and its 116 illustrations ship inside it. No sign-up, no username, no password. What you log stays on your iPhone.
LARGE TYPE TOO
The whole app follows the system text size all the way up to the accessibility sizes; rows reflow instead of breaking words. The session gestures all have a VoiceOver equivalent.
FREE
No subscription and no in-app purchases. It is paid for by two banners, one on Home and one in Settings. None during a workout, and no full-screen ads or videos.
Nothing that comes from Health is ever used for advertising or measurement — not whole, not aggregated.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
How much you moved this week
In Home, weekly volume: the kilos of the last eight weeks, stacked by muscle group. If one column looks like a skyscraper and another like a garage, you know which leg day you skipped.
Sets per group
In Routine, how many sets each group gets in the week you're looking at, counting the optional day if you did it. Calves get a vote too.
Session finished
A session finishes on its own when you complete it, or by hand whenever you say so. It stays read-only, safe from sweaty fingers, until you tap "Reopen".
Ten new exercises
High plank, battle ropes, air bike, box jump, jump squat, kettlebell press, pike push-up, hollow hold, pistol squat and treadmill running, all animated. And the App drops about 60 MB without setting foot in the gym.
Also, the weight chart shows two months instead of three —one month fewer of holiday-pie memories— and the duration of an activity outside the gym no longer gets stuck at 30.
