New: French and Italian. Codeloupe follows the system language — the QR-bill appears with its field labels in each national language. Codeloupe reads codes straight off your screen. Press the shortcut, drag a box with the mouse — the content lands on the clipboard and is laid out according to what it is. No camera, no retyping, no detour via your phone. Payment codes as readable fields A Swiss QR-bill or a German GiroCode is not shown as raw text but as what it is: creditor, IBAN, amount, reference and message. Each field copyable on its own, plus everything at once as formatted text. Both formats are checked against their standard — the QR-bill against the Swiss Implementation Guidelines, the GiroCode against the European Payments Council guidelines. If something does not add up, such as a QR-IBAN without a QR reference or a wrong check digit, it says so instead of quietly swallowing it. That covers Switzerland and the entire SEPA area: Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Finland. All the common 2D codes QR Code, Aztec (used on Swiss rail tickets, for instance), PDF417, Data Matrix, plus Code 128 and EAN-13. If the first pass finds nothing, the app retries with an upscaled and an inverted image. Content you can actually use • Web links with the effective host shown large and first • Wi-Fi credentials with SSID, security and a password you can copy • Contacts and calendar entries you can hand to Contacts and Calendar • Email, phone, SMS and locations None of it happens by itself. Opening, importing or composing only ever follows a click — a scanned code is not trustworthy. Notes on links Before you open a link, Codeloupe points out anything notable that can be read off the address itself: embedded credentials, an IP address instead of a domain name, URL shorteners, punycode with its decoded spelling, unusual ports, and domain names resembling well-known brands. These are notes, not a verdict — the app checks nothing online and never fetches an address. History The last 200 scans stay searchable on this Mac. Delete them individually or all at once, and if you want no history at all, switch it off. No network Codeloupe has no network access. Scanned content never leaves this Mac — there is no account, no sync, and nothing is transmitted to us or anyone else. Buy once. No subscription.

French and Italian Codeloupe now speaks four languages and follows the system language: German, English, French and Italian. The QR-bill field labels appear in each national language — Payable par, Pagabile da, Communication, Comunicazione. Also • A few messages from the QR-bill and GiroCode checks still appeared in German in the English version. They are now translated. • The label column in the result window follows the language instead of a fixed width
