Gerrymeandering is a districting puzzle about the most quietly powerful move in politics: drawing the lines.
Every level hands you a map of colored voters and a target. Carve the map into districts so your side comes out ahead — or, in the trickier puzzles, so the outcome lands exactly where it has to. The votes never change. Only the borders do. Win by meandering.
