Players use Elnexa to find what's on, book a spot, and keep track of everything they've played, in one place instead of across group chats and screenshots. Organisers use the same app to run a session end to end from a phone - registrations, waitlists, check-in, match rosters, courts, scores, and results sent on to the rating system that needs them. FOR PLAYERS - Browse the sessions, competitions and reservations published by venues on Elnexa. - Book your spot in a session, or join the waiting list when it's full. - Book doubles with a partner on a single shared booking. - See your upcoming and past bookings in one place, with the status of each one. - For paid sessions, see the venue's payment instructions, upload proof of your bank transfer, or pay at the venue on arrival - Elnexa keeps track of what's settled. - Add your pickleball details, including your DUPR ID and DUPR profile link, so organisers have what they need for rated play. - Get notified about the things that actually matter to you - your booking, your payment, your matches. - View the draw and your match results after you play. FOR VENUES, CLUBS AND ORGANISERS - Publish open play, competitions and reservations at your venue. - Manage registrations, capacity and the waiting list, and promote players when a spot opens up. - Check players in on session day. - Generate match rosters, assign courts, and run round robin and knockout formats. - Enter scores as the session runs, with a dedicated referee mode for the people recording them. - Track payment against each booking - bank transfer proof or pay at venue. - Export DUPR-compatible results when your session is done. - Manage your team with owner, manager and referee roles, so people see only what they need. WHY ELNEXA Players end up with their sporting life scattered - a booking confirmed in one chat, a fixture in another, a result someone posted as a photo. Organisers have it worse: most still run sessions on a mix of spreadsheets, group chats and paper lists, which means double bookings, lost waitlist order, and someone typing results in twice at the end of the night. Elnexa replaces that with one place both sides can trust, from the first registration to the final result - and it works from a phone, on the court, where the session is actually being run. It's deliberately focused: no clutter, no features you'll never use. GETTING STARTED Sign up with your email address, confirm it, and set up your profile. You can browse sessions and book straight away. Venue accounts are set up by the Elnexa team rather than through self-signup, so that every venue's business, courts and staff access are configured correctly. What's new in 1.3.0 • Duplicate an activity – Owners and managers can copy a past, cancelled or finished activity to start a new one. Its settings come pre-filled. Dates, participants, payments and results are not copied. • Bigger competitions – A competition can now have up to 30 teams or players (up from 10). • Push notifications – Turn on push alerts from your Profile. If notifications are off on your device, the app tells you how to fix it. Improvements and fixes • Removing an activity no longer affects players' booking history. Activities that already have bookings are protected. • Tapping payment proofs opens them reliably. • Picking players works reliably when you tap. • Draws now update correctly after you regenerate them. Referee game lists and score entry are also more reliable. • The scorekeeper shows more clearly who is serving. • My Bookings shows your officiating games even when you have no bookings. • Sign-in verification is more reliable.
