Choose captions alone or with speech before starting, then save recordings and transcripts for review. CAPTIONS OR CAPTIONS WITH SPOKEN TRANSLATION Before starting, choose captions alone or captions with spoken translation through your audio output. Modes cannot change during a session. Each uses its own balance; voice mode does not also deduct caption minutes. EIGHT LANGUAGES Chinese, English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Indonesian. Choose one-way pairs with Chinese or English on one side, such as Portuguese to Chinese or Japanese to English. Select a direction before starting; not every language combination is supported. AUTOMATIC CHINESE-ENGLISH INTERPRETATION Translate between Chinese and English as the conversation changes language. For other supported languages, select a one-way pair. FOLLOW YOUR WEEKLY MEETING From Portuguese team meetings to Japanese project updates and English client discussions, choose a supported translation pair to help follow the conversation. For a Portuguese meeting, select Chinese or English as the target. Read bilingual captions; choose voice mode before starting to also hear translated speech. Revisit unclear passages and review recordings or request an AI summary afterward. Also useful for lectures, classes, and in-person conversations while traveling. On iPhone and iPad, speech is captured through the microphone. SAVE, REPLAY, AND SUMMARIZE Save source recordings, bilingual captions, timestamps, and bookmarks. Voice sessions can also save successfully generated translated audio. Replay, search, copy, or share content and request an AI summary. Replaying saved audio does not use interpretation minutes. FREE MINUTES AND MEMBERSHIP The initial free allowance includes 60 caption minutes and 10 voice minutes, with no automatic charge. Auto-renewing Monthly Membership includes 400 caption minutes and 30 voice minutes per subscription period. Balances are separate and cannot be exchanged. Unused free minutes do not carry over when you first subscribe. Active members can purchase caption or voice minute packs. Packs are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and do not extend membership. Membership minutes and packs expire at the end of their applicable subscription period. Unused minutes do not roll over. Each session is billed by active interpretation time, rounded up to whole minutes. Voice minutes are not based on translated audio length. See the app and App Store purchase sheet for pricing and details. Manage or cancel automatic renewal through your Apple account. PRIVACY AND USE No separate account is required. Live interpretation requires internet access and sends captured audio to Volcano Engine's Doubao interpretation service for captions, translations, and spoken translation when enabled. AI summaries send the relevant transcript only after you request and authorize generation. Results may contain errors or omissions and depend on connectivity, audio quality, noise, accents, and speaking speed. Check important information against the original; do not rely on results as the sole basis for professional decisions. Obtain permission before recording or translating other people.
