Diphony: Meeting Transcripts
Record calls & transcribe
Only for Mac
Free · In‑App Purchases
Mac
Two separate tracks — your mic and your Mac's audio — so every line lands on the right speaker. Transcribed on-device: no account, no upload, works offline.
Diphony records your meetings the way they actually happen: two people talking.
It captures your microphone and your Mac's system audio as two separate tracks, then transcribes them on your device. Because the two sides never share a track, every line of the transcript belongs to the right person — no guessing from voice, no two speakers merged into one.
WHAT YOU GET
• Two-track recording — your side and their side, kept apart from the first second
• On-device transcription — nothing is uploaded, nothing leaves this Mac
• Echo removal — your speakers bleeding into your microphone does not turn into ghost lines
• Folders — organise sessions like files, drag and drop, move in bulk, undo
• Click a line to hear it — the highlight follows the audio as it plays
• Search inside a session, and across every session you have
• Export to Markdown or plain text
PRIVACY BY CONSTRUCTION
Diphony has no server. Your audio and transcripts are files on your disk, in a folder you choose. The network is used for exactly two things: downloading the speech model once, and talking to the App Store about your purchase.
FREE AND PRO
The free plan records two sessions a day, any length, with every feature unlocked. Pro removes the daily limit, and comes two ways: a monthly subscription with a 3-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Same Pro either way.
