Import your runs Runs from Apple Watch, and from apps that write their route to Apple Health, can now be brought in — with the map, the elevation profile and your splits. Garmin and Komoot don't send routes to Health, so those come in as a GPX file instead. Both are under Running → Import runs. Setup starts with training Instead of a form: thirty seconds, an exercise you pick, and the set is in your history straight away. After that it's one question per screen, with a bar showing how much is left. Three questions are gone entirely. Reminders that don't say the wrong thing Trained today? Then no nudge this evening. If a streak is about to end, the notification says so. And if you haven't opened the app in a while, the reminders stop after a few instead of repeating the same line forever. Same for meals: anything already logged won't be asked about again. Swipe between tabs Home, Planner, Statistics and Settings are now one swipe apart. iCloud tells you when nothing is being backed up Turn sync on without being signed in to iCloud and the app says so — instead of an empty line that looks like everything is fine.

Your training is now saved as you go, not only at the end. A run is in your history the moment you stop it — even if you share it afterwards or close the app. The same goes for sprints, individual exercises, EMOM, W-Split and gym workouts: what you did is recorded before you tap save anywhere. Music is only turned down while a voice cue is speaking, and comes straight back afterwards. It used to stay quiet for the whole workout. Runs now show elevation gain and elevation loss separately, and the speed reading is steadier. Sprints no longer count unrealistic times towards your fastest and average speed. Also: a run's Live Activity no longer lingers after you close the app.
