Choose your language when you start and change it in Profile. App screens, recipes, exercises and new coach responses follow your chosen language.

Check ingredients, allergens and quantities before following a recipe. Do not change prescribed treatments or doses based on the app.

YOUR DATA
The app uses encrypted connections and encrypted backups. You can read the privacy policy, withdraw health-data consent and request account deletion from Profile.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Start for free with 50 recipes. Paid plans provide access to over 200 Spanish and international recipes, including Italian, Greek, American, Mexican, Argentine, Indian and Thai dishes. Each recipe includes a short paragraph about its origins or inspiration, in English and Spanish. Essential, Plus and Family unlock the entire recipe catalog. Recipe images are AI-generated illustrations and nutritional values are estimates. Essential, Plus and Family plans provide higher limits and additional features. On iPhone, these are available through Apple in-app purchases, with monthly options and annual options for Plus and Family. The price and subscription period are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage them in your Apple subscription settings and restore purchases from the plans screen.

Ratings & Reviews

Workouts: estimated time for each exercise and the whole session, "I have less time" to adjust today's session, checkboxes to tick each exercise and "I did something else" to log another activity by typing. Also: sync status in Profile, rating coach answers and slow photos no longer block you.
