Box scans are now more reliable. Improvements • See the possible sets when a box number can be read two ways. Tap yours. Bug Fixes • Fixed box scans that could suggest the wrong set on iOS 27. • Stopped “Undo this import” from changing pieces checked off or put away after the import. Get a message if it’s too late to undo the import.

Check off your pieces first, then take from your loose bricks. New Features • Each set has a new “I’ve finished checking my pieces” button. First, check off the pieces in front of you. Then the app shows what your loose bricks can fill in, followed by what’s left to buy. • With Pro, each set has “History” in its “…” menu. Your actions are listed with their dates. “Undo this action” undoes one. • With Pro, “My loose bricks” and each piece in it also have a history: what comes in and what goes out. Improvements • The “To buy” tab also counts pieces still in your loose bricks. To leave them out, choose “Excluding loose bricks you already own”. Bug Fixes • Earlier checkmarks may have taken pieces from your loose bricks. Open “Pieces taken from your loose bricks” in the set’s “…” menu: tap a row, then “Return to your loose bricks”. Your pieces stay checked off. • “Search for a piece” no longer wrongly says a piece isn’t in any set. If information can’t be loaded, it says so and offers “Try Again”. • “Delete and move its pieces to loose bricks” no longer loses pieces from a set taken apart and kept in its box. • In “With your loose bricks”, the number of minifigures to buy is now correct, even when a piece comes in several versions.

This update lets you add a set by scanning its box, keep a wishlist, organize your collection, compare new-set prices in France and Germany, and exchange your lists with Rebrickable and BrickLink. New Features • “Scan a box”: aim at the number printed on a set's box; BrickBack reads it on your iPhone, sends no photo, and adds the set to your collection. Free. • The wishlist, in the “Wishlist” segment of My collection: priority, quantity, noted price and note, ready to share. “I bought it” adds the set to your completed sets, marked “Bought new” and dated. BrickBack Pro. • Organize your collection: mark a set “Built”, give it tags and a note, then “Sort and filter” by tag, state, theme or years, or group it by theme. BrickBack Pro. • “Where to buy it new”: on the page of a set you don't track, or of a wishlist set, its new price at several shops, sorted by price excluding delivery, with the date. Affiliate links: BrickBack earns a commission, with no effect on order or price. BrickBack Pro, France and Germany. • “Price alerts”: at most one notification a day when a wishlist set is below the price you noted. BrickBack Pro, France and Germany. • “Today's prices”, at the top of Ideas: the sets clearly cheaper in one shop than in the others that day, each with its reason written out. BrickBack Pro, France and Germany. • Export your collection, wishlist, loose bricks and missing pieces (Rebrickable, BrickLink, spreadsheet or PDF); import sets and pieces from Rebrickable, BrickLink, Brickset or a spreadsheet. BrickBack Pro. Improvements • The “+” in My collection offers “Search for a set” or “Scan a box”. Nothing is added before you agree; an import can be undone from its report, and its complete sets are marked as imported. • Your full data backup, in Settings, stays free. Bug Fixes • Outside France and Germany, the subscription screen no longer announces set prices, which are not compared there.

This update lets you find a piece without a photo, see where it comes from, and list everything your sets are missing. New Features • “Find a piece” searches by name, number or color; then place the piece in a set that needs it or in your loose bricks, no scan needed. Free. • “Where does this piece come from?” shows how rare a piece is and which catalog sets contain it, yours included; filter them by theme and years. Free. • With BrickBack Pro, “Everything missing” lists every piece your sets need, by color or by shape, with the sets waiting for each. Check them off right there, or print or share the list. Improvements • “Find a piece” opens from the magnifying glass in My collection, and from the scanner: “No photo? Find the piece”. • When no set needs a scanned piece, the scanner offers “Where does this piece come from?”. It also opens from search and from a piece in a set or in your loose bricks. • “Where does this piece come from?” also shows its other colors and its variants, molds and prints. • The “To find” number in My collection opens “Everything missing”. Without Pro, it shows your totals and leads to each set's list. • In “Everything missing”, filters keep only some sets, or only what is already in your loose bricks. • When several sets need the same piece, the furthest along comes first; one tap places one piece, and “Undo” takes it back. • In My loose bricks, “Correct the piece” replaces a wrongly identified piece with the right one. • “Rate BrickBack”, in Settings, opens the App Store review page. Bug Fixes • Adding a set that is already in your collection no longer resets its progress; search now shows it as “Already in your collection”.

A light brightens the piece, and “Undo last” fixes a mistake. • On a set in progress, “Take from loose bricks” moves over the pieces it is missing. • A finished set can be taken apart: its pieces go to your loose bricks or stay in its box, and it keeps its poster and its date. A set you delete can also move its pieces to your loose bricks. “Reset set” sets it back to zero. • With BrickBack Pro, your loose bricks join your tracked sets and your progress: all are meant to follow your devices, in your own private iCloud space. • Free loose bricks hold 30 different pieces; with BrickBack Pro, there is no limit. Improvements • Building instructions open at the manufacturer, from a set's page. • When the exact piece is not in your loose bricks, BrickBack points out mold variants that might fit, for you to check. • In the cart, a swipe removes a line. Bug Fixes • “Undo” now reverses your check marks one by one, not just the last one; a checked piece shows up right away under “Found”. • After buying BrickBack Pro, the cart opens without restarting the app. • In the cart, a piece missing from two sets appears under each of them, adding a set's pieces twice no longer doubles the quantities, and a set removed from your collection keeps its name. • If saving fails, a set no longer enters your collection without its parts list.

This update keeps the pieces you find for your sets in progress for those sets, and makes tracking more reliable. • Set ideas no longer count the pieces found for your sets in progress: they stay reserved for those sets. The “With your pieces” mode, which counted them, has been removed. • With BrickBack Pro, “By theme” now shows every idea in the theme, with no cap. • The date you finished a set can no longer be lost when two pieces are checked off at the same instant. • An open set page now updates as soon as iCloud sync brings changes.

This update gives your sets' progress a new look, from the first bag to the poster. • Ten bags fill up with the pieces you find, and one is sealed at every tenth: 10%, 20%, 30%… • At 100%, the set earns its poster: its photo grows, with a “Complete” stamp dated the day you finished it. • In your collection, finished sets move to a new “Completed” section, below “In progress”. • Behind your sets' photos, a subtle dot pattern picks up their main color.

This update organizes your sets' inventory and makes it easier to read with large text sizes. • In large sets, parts are sorted into compartments by color family, then by shape: bricks, plates, slopes… • "Go to" takes you straight to a compartment, and each set remembers the ones you opened. • To see the list without compartments, turn off "Group by color" in the sort menu. • With an accessibility text size, the grid stays at three columns, and part numbers and quantities are shown in full.

This update makes BrickBack more reliable and easier to read. • The catalog updates as soon as you open the app, with set names in your language. • Parts are sorted by color and shown larger, in 3 or 4 columns of your choice. • The number shown is the one printed in the set's manual. • "I found one" now counts beyond two copies, and "I have them all" checks off a part in one go. • Your remaining free slots are shown before you add a set. • The camera turns off as soon as you leave the Scanner, so the app uses less battery.
