Venlly is a shared space for everyone caring for one person: a child or a relative with complex medical needs, their family, and the health professionals treating them.
It is not a calendar. A calendar is in there, but the point is that everyone sees the same thing, with exactly the access you choose.
THIS WEEK
Appointments, and what has to happen first. Bloods before the specialist, the OT report before the paediatrician. Say what must happen first and Venlly makes the reminder. Routine care such as vaccinations and screening is worked out from the date of birth.
NOTES IN, REMINDERS OUT
After a session, type or dictate a short summary. It becomes a note every carer can read, and the things to do at home or bring next time turn into checklist items by themselves.

YOU DECIDE WHO SEES WHAT
Invite each person with the access they need: a teacher sees goals only, Nan sees the schedule, a clinician sees their own notes and the family's, never another clinician's. Access can be time-limited and revoked at any time, and every view is logged.
Two kinds of huddle, one engine: a child's huddle owned by a guardian, or an adult's huddle they own themselves, where the adult approves everyone who is added.
Venlly is for coordinating care, not for emergencies. In an emergency call 000 in Australia, or your local emergency number.
Ratings & Reviews
Dictation is more reliable: recording adds to what you typed instead of replacing it, a second recording adds to the first, and the last words before you tap stop are kept. If speech can't be recognised, you now get a message instead of nothing.
