Live Translate helps two people speak across language barriers—face to face, with one iPhone.
Choose two languages, hold the microphone while you speak, and release when you’re finished. Live Translate transcribes your words, translates them, and can read the result aloud for the other person. Switch turns and keep the conversation moving without stopping to type.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Live Translate records only while you hold the microphone. After you release, the recording is securely processed for transcription and translation, and the temporary audio file is deleted. Your translation history remains on your device until you choose to clear it.
