Each one plays like a short video: full-screen illustrated steps that advance in time with a spoken voice, so you learn by watching and listening rather than reading.

Med-Action does not invent first aid advice. Every lesson follows published guidelines from the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, Stop the Bleed, the Epilepsy Foundation and the American Stroke Association, and every single step tells you which one it came from. Tap a step to see the citation and open the original.
No clinician has reviewed these lessons yet, and the app says so in About rather than leaving you to wonder. The citations are there so you never have to take our word for anything.

Most harm done by well-meaning bystanders comes from confident wrong action, so every lesson carries an explicit "do NOT" list — never put anything in the mouth during a seizure, never pull out an impaled object, never do abdominal thrusts on a baby.
