Step into authentic stillness without constant verbal chatter. Experience timeless visual meditation, breathing resonance, and intimate inquiries with a Zen master.
Modern life relentlessly demands that you calculate, compete, and achieve.
NUMINOUS is a quiet sanctuary where you can gently lay down that heavy luggage.
Unlike conventional meditation apps with continuous voice coaching, NUMINOUS offers profound, unbroken stillness. No lecturing narrators. Only the crackle of glowing hearth embers, the rhythm of nocturnal tides, rain upon bamboo leaves, and the distant temple bell.
【The Four Gates of Stillness】
◆ Gate I: Breath Meditation
Synchronize your breath with the gentle 1/f pulsation of the luminous orb. Inhale, hold, exhale. A biological rhythm designed to soothe your overworked nervous system.
◆ Gate II: Gaze Meditation
Timeless living scenes of the natural world. Firewood embers, twilight shorelines, deep galaxies, mountain waterfalls, and snowy hot springs. With eyes softly open, let restless thoughts dissolve into nature's effortless flow.
◆ Gate III: The Zen Master's Porch
Sit on the wooden veranda with a bowl of tea. Share what weighs on your soul, and receive compassionate, ego-dissolving inquiries (Koans) from an ancient Zen elder.
◆ Gate IV: Words of Zen
A timeless repository of enlightened insight spanning centuries. Sixty-eight reflections from Zen, Buddha, and Tao sages to untie the knot in your heart.
