Snap or describe a meal — calories and macros in seconds. Steps and weight from your watch. Your coach's WOD.
Journey is your pocket coach — a gentle food, training and health diary.
• AI meal logging — type "chicken salad with quinoa" or just say it, and get calories + macros in seconds. No weighing, no database digging.
• Works with your watch — steps and weight update themselves via Apple Health: Apple Watch, Garmin, Samsung, Fitbit, Polar, Suunto and more.
• Train at a box? Get your coach's daily WOD, extra mobility/strength sessions, the club scoreboard, and your own working weights for every lift.
• Training solo? AI builds you a workout for the gear and time you have.
• Progress tracking — weight trend, water and step goals, training streaks and daily macros.
• Full dark mode. Hebrew, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French.
Journey Premium (monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription) unlocks unlimited AI estimates. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your account settings.
