AskAIs brings the AskAIs shared support inbox to iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is built for support agents and team leads who need to keep answering customers, at a desk or on the go.
Sign in with your AskAIs workspace account and your team's live conversations are right there: the same inbox, the same statuses, the same assignments as the web inbox.
SHARED TEAM INBOX
- Every conversation in your workspace in one list, most recent activity first.
- See at a glance where each visitor came from, whether the AI is handling the conversation, its status and the customer's rating.
- Filter by status, by unread, or by who a conversation is assigned to.
- Search by contact name, email address, or message text.
- Pin important conversations and give them your own title.
REPLY FROM ANYWHERE
- A roomy reply box that keeps a draft for every conversation.
- Quick replies: insert a saved answer with a tap, or by typing /.
- Reply to a specific message so the customer knows what you are answering.
- Dictate replies with your voice.
- Translate your reply into the customer's language before sending, or pick another language.
- Press and hold a customer message to translate it into your language.
- Attach photos, videos, any file, or a screenshot pasted from the clipboard.
- Switch to Internal note to leave a note your teammates can read and the customer cannot.
WORK ALONGSIDE AI
- Labels under every message show whether it came from the AI, an automatic reply or a teammate.
- Open AI trace to see how an AI reply was produced and which knowledge it used.
- A note under a customer message tells you when the AI did not answer it, for example outside business hours.
- Hand a conversation back to the AI once it no longer needs a person.
STAY IN SYNC WITH YOUR TEAM
- Read receipts and online presence for the visitor you are talking to.
- Assign a conversation to a teammate, take it yourself, or leave it unassigned.
- Change a conversation's status, or resolve everything still open in one action.
- Send a rating card and see how customers rated the conversation.
- Team stats show replies, response times, resolutions and ratings for each teammate.
KEEP TRACK OF WHAT MATTERS
- Flag any message and attach a private note to it.
- Work through what you flagged in a separate To do and Done list.
KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO
- The visitor card shows the contact's name, email address, IP address, location, time zone, device and any custom attributes your workspace records, such as membership level.
- Look back at that visitor's earlier conversations without leaving the thread.
- Block an abusive visitor or report an inappropriate message.
NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR TERMS
- Get a push notification when a new message needs you.
- Choose what you are notified about, mute conversations the AI is handling, or set a daily do not disturb window.
MORE THAN ONE WORKSPACE
- Stay signed in to several workspaces on the same device and switch between them without signing out.
- Connect your organization's own support domain from the sign-in screen; it stays saved on your device.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
- Available in 12 languages. Follow your device language or choose one in Settings; it switches instantly.
YOUR ACCOUNT
- Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen.
- Choose a light, dark, or system appearance.
- Open the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy from inside the app.
- Delete your account from inside the app.
WHO IT IS FOR
AskAIs is a tool for businesses and teams that run their customer support on AskAIs. You need an existing AskAIs workspace account to sign in; there is no sign-up in the app.
Works on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with menu bar commands and keyboard shortcuts on Mac. Requires iOS 16 or macOS 13 or later.
