BlockRoutine helps you protect time for work, study, reading, or rest. Choose distracting apps, categories, and websites through Apple’s private Family Controls interface. Start a block now, schedule it for later, or create a recurring routine. Apple Screen Time keeps the shields active in the background and removes them automatically when the session ends. MY TIME Create an activity and choose the part of the day that suits you. BlockRoutine analyzes the previous 14 days on device, suggests a repeatable time, and identifies up to five apps most likely to distract you then. You decide what to add and when to enable the routine. SEE PROTECTED TIME Progress shows completed sessions and the time you protected. The free version includes unlimited immediate blocks up to one hour, one block list, one recurring routine, Quick Block, an adult-site preset, and seven days of history. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, trackers, or behavioural analytics. Raw Screen Time activity never leaves your device. BlockRoutine stores only the local aggregates and opaque app tokens required for your recommendations. Pro adds blocks longer than one hour, more lists and routines, exact durations, templates, commitment pause, full history, and four-week reports. Choose yearly access with a 7-day trial or a one-time lifetime purchase. Requires iOS 17 or later and Screen Time permission.
