LeaseRail turns a folder of tenancy-contract PDFs into clean spreadsheet data on your own Mac. • Check every value against the document. Click any field and LeaseRail shows you the region of the page it was read from. That is the whole point of the review step: you are not trusting an extraction, you are confirming one. • Point it at a folder. It reads the contracts, pulls the fields into a grid, and shows you what it found with a confidence mark on every value. Where a value is doubtful it flags it rather than guessing. You correct what needs correcting and export to Excel or CSV. • Red flags written from an accountant's habits. Fields carry per-field confidence, and a set of checks written from an accountant's habits raises red flags on values that do not sit right. • Your contracts never leave your Mac. There is no account, no sign-in and no server run by us. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no telemetry, no analytics and no usage statistics of any kind. Reading and extraction run entirely on your machine. • Payment schedules too. LeaseRail reads the payment schedule out of a lease contract and exports it. • English and Arabic. LeaseRail reads English tenancy contracts, and Arabic ones too. Bilingual documents, where the same field is printed in both languages, are handled as the ordinary case rather than as a special one. • Scanned contracts are read by the bundled OCR engine. • Free to try, one purchase to keep. LeaseRail is free to download and runs every feature, three documents at a time, so you can try it on your own contracts. One in-app purchase removes that limit for good. There is no subscription and no per-document charge. WHAT IT IS NOT This is an extraction tool, not a lease manager. There are no dashboards, no renewal reminders, and it stores your leases nowhere. It does not sync, it does not sign, and it does not edit your PDFs. It reads contracts and gives you data you can check. It reads the contract layouts it was built for. A contract in a layout it does not recognise is flagged as not read rather than guessed at, which is what the free download is for: try it on your own contracts first.
