Sable is a period and cycle tracker built on one promise: your data stays yours. There is no account to create, no ads, and no third-party analytics code in the app. Everything you log lives on your iPhone, and syncs only if you turn on your own private iCloud. HONEST PREDICTIONS Most trackers give you a single date and call your cycle "late" when it misses. Sable learns from the cycles you log and shows a realistic range that narrows as it learns. If you connect Apple Health, wrist temperature from Apple Watch confirms ovulation after the fact and tightens the next prediction. Past the expected date, Sable says "longer than your usual" and keeps counting. It never says "late". LOG IN TWO TAPS Flow, symptoms, pain and energy, mood, medications, supplements and HRT, each with a clear icon. Custom Siri Shortcuts let you log a period start or check your cycle without opening the app. BUILT FOR REAL CYCLES Choose a goal at setup: understand my cycle, trying to conceive, avoiding pregnancy, birth control with no period, or perimenopause. Fertility language appears only if you ask for it. Modules for PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis and perimenopause add the tracking each one actually needs, including a daily PMDD rating scored the way clinicians score it and a pain-location map for endometriosis. PATTERNS BY PHASE See which symptoms cluster in each phase of your cycle, how pain and energy move across it, and how your cycle length has changed over time. A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR WILL READ Generate a PDF of your cycle statistics, symptoms by phase, PMDD record and daily log, created on your phone, to bring to an appointment. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN Widgets in every size, a Live Activity while your period is on, and Apple Health sync in both directions. FREE FOREVER Logging, the calendar, your full history and export as CSV or PDF are free, and they stay free. Sable Premium adds the learning predictions, phase patterns, condition modules, the doctor report and Apple Watch ovulation confirmation. PRIVACY, IN PLAIN WORDS No account. No ads. No trackers. We run no servers that receive your health data, so there is nothing for us to sell, leak, or hand over. Turn on iCloud backup and it goes to your private iCloud database, which Apple encrypts, end to end if you use Advanced Data Protection. Export or delete everything at any time. Sable is not a medical device or a contraceptive, and it does not diagnose. Predictions are estimates. Talk to a clinician about anything that concerns you.
