BillVault: Bill Tracker
Subscriptions & bill reminders
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
See what is safe to spend until payday, scan a paper bill and it is filed, and get a reminder before anything is due. No bank login, no account, no ads.
Every bill and subscription in one place, a reminder before anything is due, what is safe to spend until payday, and Apple Intelligence when you have a question about them. No account, no bank login, nothing sent to the developer.
Reminders before anything is due
• Reminders three days before and on the day
• A calendar of everything due, with daily totals
• Overdue bills front and center until they're paid
• Autopay bills flagged so you can check the amount before it leaves
Add a bill in seconds
• Point the camera at a paper bill, the biller, amount and due date fill themselves in
• Paste the text of an email bill
• Open a bank statement export and BillVault finds the charges that repeat
See where the money goes
• Safe to spend until your next payday, once every bill due before it is counted
• Import a statement and every purchase is sorted into a category
• Spending by category, top merchants, month-over-month trend
• Net worth from your account balances, with a trend line
• Budgets per category, with bills counted automatically
• Savings goals with a months-to-go estimate
• Income with per-paycheck deductions and real take-home
Cancel what you don't use
• Drafted cancellation email for any subscription
• A phone-call brief: what to say, how to answer the retention offer, what to get before hanging up
It watches so you don't have to
• Free trials flagged before they convert
• Price rises caught the month they happen
• Duplicate services spotted (two music apps, three streamers)
• Budget alerts at 85% and 100%
• A heads-up when bills due this week exceed your checking balance
Ask anything
• "What's due this week?" "How much do subscriptions cost me a year?" "Am I over budget?"
• Everyday questions are answered instantly by the app itself; harder ones go to Apple Intelligence
• On iOS 27, real reasoning from Apple's larger model on Private Cloud Compute, which can write the briefing and cancellation letters too
• Works with Siri: "What's due in BillVault", "Mark a bill paid in BillVault"
On your wrist and Home Screen
• Apple Watch app and complication: this week's bills and anything overdue, and mark a bill paid from your wrist
• Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and on iOS 27 a tall widget that shows the month ahead
• Live Activity: the bill due today shows in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen
Built for privacy
• Runs on Apple Intelligence. On iOS 27 a question, the briefing, a cancellation letter or naming imported charges can use Apple's Private Cloud Compute, designed so that Apple cannot read it; switch it off in Settings and everything runs on your iPhone. Scans and photos never leave it
• No account, no bank login, nothing sent to the developer
• Face ID lock; card numbers stored in the Keychain
• One-tap CSV export, your data is yours
Also
• Split bills with a roommate
• Monthly check-in that catches price rises
• Payment history with on-time tracking
Free BillVault tracks unlimited bills with reminders, forever. BillVault Pro (a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, a monthly subscription, or a one-time purchase; local prices are listed under In-App Purchases on this page) adds unlimited scanning, statement import, net worth, the card vault, unlimited budgets and goals, and unlimited copilot questions. With Pro, start with your last three months of statements, then add one each month to keep recurring charges up to date. Family Sharing included. No ads, ever.
Apple Intelligence features need iPhone 15 Pro or later, or a supported iPad or Mac, with Apple Intelligence turned on. Everything else works on iOS 26 or later.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period and can be managed in Settings.

Ratings & Reviews
• A new look: clearer cards, one calm palette, and Liquid Glass where iOS puts it.
• Ask, Reason it through, the daily briefing and cancellation letters can use Apple's larger model on iOS 27, with real reasoning. Switch it off in Settings and they run on your iPhone instead.
• On iOS 27, point Visual Intelligence at a paper bill and BillVault finds it or offers to add it. Say "Mark Rent paid in BillVault" to Siri. Statement imports are ready to save straight away while merchants are named in the background.
• Every link on Home, in notifications and on widgets opens the screen it names.
