The second person can't see what the first person checked. Both check independently, then compare — only the differing rows show up in red.
A paper checklist's "sign-off" column gets signed while the previous person's checks are already visible, so the person confirming tends to miss the same things. It feels like a double check, but it's really just one person looking twice. DoubleCheck removes the first person's marks from the second person's screen by design, so that blind spot can't slip through.

The second person only sees the item names. The first person's checks are never shown. Only after both finish can the results be compared.
▪ Only the differences turn red
Matching rows stay as they are; only the differing rows turn red. Even with dozens of items, you can see at a glance where to look.
▪ Check again when needed
If differences remain, both people can go through every item again. Repeat as many times as needed.
