KIDS SCHEDULE
No more retyping dates from letters. Forward a school letter, a photo of a notice or a PDF, through Share or into the chat. The assistant finds the date, the time, the place and which child it concerns, and shows you a proposal with the exact phrase it came from. You approve it, and only then does the event go to your iPhone calendar, visible to the whole family. A club timetable becomes a weekly series. In the week view every child has their own colour. At 07:30 in your family's time zone a morning brief arrives, and on Sunday evening a review of the week ahead; an empty day stays quiet.
DOCUMENTS, WATCHED
No more discovering an expired passport at the airport. Store passports, visas and insurance policies. Expiry dates are read from a photo, and reminders arrive 180, 90 and 30 days ahead. The vault opens with Face ID; every file is encrypted. For a trip, type "we're going to Italy from 10 to 20 October" in chat or forward a booking, and the assistant builds a document checklist for every traveller. It is an informational checklist; confirm entry rules with the consulate.
YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
Each family member gets a private space behind Face ID: their own chat with the assistant and personal reminders. The rest of the family does not see it; a parent can see a child's private reminders, but not the child's private chat.
NANNY AND DRIVER
Give the people who help your family the access their job needs. The Nanny role sees the family schedule, contacts, the family chat and what the family has noted about the children. It does not see documents, and anything the nanny adds waits for a parent's approval. The Driver role sees the approved schedule (without quotes from the letters) and the family contacts, and can send a letter, photo or voice note to the Inbox for a parent to review.
FAMILY CHAT
Ask the assistant things like "what's on this week?" or "remind Sofia's dentist for Friday at 10." It answers from your own family's data and says so when the data has no answer. Every date it extracts comes with the phrase it was taken from, and anything it wants to add to your calendar, documents or memory arrives as a card waiting for your approval.
ONE FAMILY, ONE ACCOUNT
One person creates the household; everyone else joins with an invite code. A child under 16 signs in with a code from a parent, without an Apple ID.
HOW AI IS USED
The text and files you send — chat messages, letters, documents — are processed by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic (USA), to answer your questions and find events. This happens only after you give explicit consent on screen, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings. No event, task or reminder is added to your calendar without your approval: the assistant proposes, you decide. Family data is encrypted on our servers, photos are cleaned of metadata, and you can delete your account in the app.
SUBSCRIPTION
One subscription, the whole family. AI Family's assistant features — chat, inbox parsing, and morning and weekly briefings — require an active subscription. Two auto-renewable plans are available through the App Store: Monthly (reference price USD 9.99) and Yearly (reference price USD 99.99); actual prices are shown in the App Store for your country. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial where eligible. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the plan price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Russian and English are both fully supported — the assistant reads letters in either language and replies in your family's language.

• iPhone Duo. Open the phone and Inbox, Documents, Family, Today, the assistant and trips show two columns: the list on the left, the details on the right. A school letter sits next to the event it became; a day sits next to its event card. Your selection survives folding and unfolding, in every pose.
• Documents lock again when the app goes to the background, including behind an open card.
