No subscription, no ads, no tracking. Buy it once. Shoot from the hip — that is what the name means, and all this app does. There is no shutter button. Tap the screen and it fires. ■ Nothing to aim at You don't go looking for a shutter button. Press the screen and that moment is taken. From the hip, without looking, just press. ■ Nothing to adjust either No focus. No exposure. No zoom. Your photos don't appear inside the app. They go to Photos. You find out how they turned out later. ■ One look Modelled on the LOMO LC-A: circular vignette, deep shadows, heavy saturation, soft edges. You don't pick a filter. Instead that one look was built properly — it renders live in the preview, and what you see is what gets saved. If the strength isn't right, four sliders in Settings adjust it. Turn them all the way down and it is still a lomo photo. ■ Date imprint A date in the bottom-right corner, the way film compacts used to print it — seven-segment digits, orange glow and all. Off by default. ■ Nothing leaves your phone No server. No account. No ads. No tracking. No analytics either. Photos stay on your device and go straight to your photo library. Where you took a shot is written into the photo itself, so it shows up on the map in Photos. ■ Buy it once No subscription. No in-app purchases.
