Ayarly now serves gold and jewellery shops in 16 countries. New in this version: • New countries: Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Yemen. Each shop works in its own currency and phone number format, and the Arabic interface uses the digits and wording familiar there. • 7-day trial: one short form opens a ready shop with sample stock, receipts and suppliers. Everything you enter is saved, and after 7 days the shop pauses with your data kept. Switching the language no longer clears what you typed in the form or on the sign-in screen. • Stock by karat: each karat is kept and counted separately, and a sale takes weight from the karat sold. Stock recorded before this update shows as “Karat not recorded” until a stock take sorts it. Scrap has its own stock-only category and never goes on a receipt. • Supplier and trader accounts: an account for each supplier or trader in grams of gold, silver or platinum and in cash, with a balance that shows who owes whom. • Receipts: long receipts print on numbered pages with the total on the last one, and the Gift option also prints a copy without prices for the recipient. Gold on a new line defaults to 18K. • Large amounts: very large sums in Iraqi dinars or Lebanese pounds are entered, shown and printed in full and fit on screen. • Gold prices: automatic prices now allow for the local market in each currency, and a sudden jump from the price feed is held for a check instead of going straight to your rates. • Welcome: on first launch, five animated slides walk you through receipts, stock, scrap, trader accounts and working offline. • Fixes: Arabic amounts in words are correct for every currency, the Arabic decimal separator and the decimal comma are accepted, return slips show the original receipt number, void receipts print with a VOID stamp, and the French interface shows the catalogue in French.

Find any receipt in seconds, in your own language. • Receipts: search by number, customer or phone, and filter by sales, returns or voided, by today, 7 or 30 days, or by branch. • Works offline too: search looks through the receipts on your phone. • Sign in with your email: the code comes to your inbox. • Egyptian, Levantine and Iraqi Arabic, Turkish and French, with prices and dates in your country's format, the Iraqi dinar included. • Language and branch sheets close with one tap.

Try before you sign in • A demo shop right on the sign-in screen: stock, receipts, rates and reports with sample data. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent — look around and leave. Receipts • Piece count on a line: sold five pendants? Enter 5 and the total weight. • Weight is now grams and hundredths — two digits, the way you write it. • Stone carats take decimals like 0.1. • Items from another shop are marked on the receipt inside the app, so reconciling later is easy. • A void receipt can be deleted so it stops cluttering the list. People • Choose what each person may do: start from a role, then tick or untick. App • The app opens in your phone's language. • Text is back to normal size; if you need it larger, the system text size setting now does it.

Photos and dates on every receipt. • Item photos: snap a piece with the camera or pick it from your photos. Pictures are shrunk automatically, so they upload fast even on a weak connection. • Print photos on the receipt, or keep them on screen only: one switch in Receipt details. • Receipt date and time: write up yesterday's sale with the right date and time in two taps. • A new receipt header: your logo in the middle with the shop name under it, and the time printed next to the date. • Tap any photo to see it full screen. • Arabic text in every field now starts on the right.

Run the whole shop from your phone, not just the counter. • Stock in and out: record a purchase or take weight out by hand, even with no internet. • Stock take: type what you counted and see the difference against the record before you confirm. • Void and return a receipt straight from the receipt screen. • Rates: refresh from the market, set a karat's price and mark-up, and adjust the making charge. • Reports: sales by day, by seller, category and karat, stock over time, a written report, and a spreadsheet you can share. • People: add staff, choose their role and branches, and set a PIN. • Receipt details: the address, phone and Instagram printed at the top of every receipt. • Receipts now print on A5 paper from an A4 tray. • Arabic text sits on the right edge throughout the app.
