Landline: Tailscale SSH
Terminal for your own machines
$2.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Nine terminal palettes, tmux keys that follow each machine's leader, and sessions that survive the subway.
A terminal on your iPhone and iPad for the machines you already own, reached over your own Tailscale network.
You run a small open source daemon on your Mac, Linux box or Windows machine. The app gives you a real shell on any of them. There is no VPN to configure, no port to open, no SSH key to manage, no account to create, and no server between you and your machine.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Terminal only, permanently. No file browser, no remote desktop, no cloud sync, no telemetry. One job.
SESSIONS THAT SURVIVE
A phone changes networks constantly. Your shell should not care. Sessions stay alive on the machine, so you can lock the phone, ride the metro through dead zones, and pick the session back up exactly where it was, scrollback intact.
BUILT FOR TMUX
Set your leader key per machine, C-a or C-b or anything else, and it becomes one key on the bar. Add one tap keys for new window, next, zoom, or jump straight to window 1 through 9. They follow whichever leader that machine uses, so one layout is correct everywhere.
A KEY ROW YOU DECIDE
Esc, Tab, sticky Ctrl and Alt, arrows, punctuation, control codes, and your own sequences. Reorder it, or define a key that sends exactly the bytes you want and see them in hex before you save.
TERMINALS SHOULD LOOK RIGHT
Nine schemes, matched to the published values: One Dark Pro, Catppuccin Mocha and Latte, Tokyo Night, Gruvbox, Dracula, Nord, Solarized, Rose Pine. True colour, 256 colour, and correct box drawing. Ships with a Nerd Font so prompt icons render instead of empty boxes, and can use any monospace font installed on your device with the bundled face filling in whatever glyphs yours is missing.
YOURS, NOT OURS
Traffic goes straight from your device to your machine: encrypted by WireGuard inside your tailnet, and again by TLS terminated on your own hardware. We run no relay and no backend. We cannot see your sessions, your commands, or your machines, because there is nowhere for them to reach us.
The daemon is open source and MIT licensed. Read it, build it, run it:

REQUIREMENTS
