AuraGPX records your tours — and knows on its own what you are doing. Motorcycle, car, bike, running or walking: the app recognises it from motion and speed and files every recording correctly. And what AuraGPX has recorded is never lost: every point is saved permanently the moment it arrives. Crash or empty battery — the recording survives both.
RECOGNISES WHAT YOU DO
• Motorcycle, car, bike, running, walking — detected automatically, no pre-selection needed
• Autostart: just set off, the recording begins by itself
• Auto-stop: stand still for 30 minutes and the recording ends on its own — back-dated to your last stop
• Wrongly detected? Change the sport mid-recording — figures and analysis follow immediately, without interrupting the recording
LEAN ANGLE AND G-FORCES (MOTORCYCLE, CAR, BIKE)
• Lean angle in degrees — computed from the sensors, not guessed
• Lateral and longitudinal acceleration: how hard the corner, how hard the braking
• Both live in the GPX file and show up in the replay — figures no other recorder writes
WEATHER FOR THE TOUR
• Temperature, wind and conditions at the start and along the way — added to the recording automatically
• Stored in the GPX file; later you still know whether it was cold and windy
• Can be switched off: without network and without lookups the app records just the same
NO TRACK IS LOST
• Every point is written to the device continuously and transactionally
• If the app crashes or the battery dies, the recording is still there — restored on the next launch
• Finished tracks are written completely first, then adopted — never half files
ON THE WAY
• Waypoints with name, note, symbol and photo — go straight into the GPX file
• Control from the lock screen: pause, stop and waypoint without unlocking
• Elevation profile with ascent and descent — measured values, nothing prettified
