START LOCALLY Create and use your workspace without an app-account sign-in. Add client and appointment details, service totals, deposit targets and payments received elsewhere. Review upcoming work and job history. OPTIONAL APP-ACCOUNT BACKUP Connect with Apple or Google if you want private app-account backup. Signing in alone does not upload your workspace. Choose a manual upload, or separately enable automatic backup on this iPhone. Automatic backup follows saved changes while the app is open and connected; a newer cloud copy pauses it for your review. Backups can contain business and customer details, jobs, appointments, notes, quotes, templates and manually recorded payment amounts. They are stored by the app's account service, not in your personal iCloud Drive or Google Drive. Referenced photo files are not included. Account backups are not end-to-end encrypted. RESTORE AND ACCOUNT CONTROL On another iPhone, sign in to the same app account and review a completed backup before restoring. Restore replaces local workspace records; it does not merge them. A recovery copy of your previous local records stays on the device. Only completed backups can recover your records, so check backup status and keep independent copies of important documents. You can add Apple or Google as another way to access the same app account after signing in with both. Accounts are not merged by matching email addresses. In Secure Account & Backup, you can sign out, turn automatic backup off or request deletion of the app account and cloud backup. These controls do not cancel an Apple subscription or delete your Apple/Google account. Deletion of app data and removal of the app's Apple or Google sign-in permission are reported separately. PREPARE QUOTES Add business details, prepare professional quotes, review the customer document and export a PDF within your access tier. RECORD MONEY CLEARLY A recorded payment is money you have checked and received elsewhere. The app does not charge customers, verify bank transfers or initiate payouts. Public online booking and online deposit collection are not included. FREE AND OPTIONAL PRO The three-day app-managed complimentary Pro Preview creates no subscription and makes no charge. Free access includes three PDF exports per month with app attribution and eligible bundled app promotions. Optional monthly and annual Pro provide the same benefits: unlimited PDF exports, removal of export attribution and suppression of those promotions. Apple shows the current local price and billing period before purchase. Restore eligible purchases in the app. Account sign-in and backup do not grant Pro or reset your preview days or PDF export allowance.
