Score a Long Gong match from your phone. Tap the gong, tap MISS, tap Move up. Clang keeps the rules, the clock and the leaderboard. Clang scores Long Gong matches so the scorekeeper can watch the steel instead of the clipboard. Three gongs hang at 300 yards: 8 in for 1 point, 6 in for 2, 4 in for 3. Tap the gong the shooter rang. Tap MISS for anything else. Tap Move up when the shooter calls the next gong. Clang enforces the rest. WHAT IT HANDLES • Where each shooter stands. Only the announced gong is in play. A ring on any other gong is a wrong gong: shot used, no points, position unchanged. • Misses step the shooter back one gong. From the 8 in they stay. • A per-string clock that starts on the first shot and turns hot in the last 30 seconds. Time is an alert, not a lock. • A 10-shot tally you can tap to fix any shot after the fact. • Shooting order: random draw for string 1, then lowest running total shoots first. • A live leaderboard with rank, every string, best string, and ties broken by best single string. • Standings as a clean one-page PDF you can share with the club.
