After every meal, Kandro recalculates your day and suggests three dishes that fit your remaining calories and protein – at home, from the supermarket or on the go. No rigid weekly plan, just the next good decision.

• Review the detected ingredients and adjust portions before saving.
• See right away how many calories and how much protein are left today.
• Pick one of three suggestions that fit the rest of your day.
BUILT AROUND YOUR GOAL
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or maintain: Kandro calculates daily calorie and protein targets from the information you provide and adapts its suggestions as your day changes. Metric, US and UK units are supported.
HONEST ESTIMATES
Calories from a photo are always an estimate. That is why Kandro shows the source and confidence of every value, and every ingredient and portion stays editable. Nutrition values come from the German Federal Food Code (BLS), USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts.
PRIVACY
Original photos are deleted after compression and are not saved with your meal. AI analysis only starts after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Usage analytics are optional. You can delete your account and data directly in the app.
Kandro is a general wellness tool for people aged 16 and over. For ages 16–17 it does not set a calorie deficit. Kandro does not replace medical advice.

Kandro Pro: logging by photo, voice, text, barcode and search, your daily balance, three fitting suggestions after every meal, history and your weekly review. AI analyses without a monthly cap (fair use: up to 60 per day).
Your saved data, privacy settings, account deletion and legal information always remain accessible.
Kandro Pro is available as monthly and annual subscriptions. A seven-day free trial is available only when Apple offers it for the selected plan and confirms your eligibility. After that, the price shown before purchase applies; the annual plan charges the full annual price shown before purchase once per year. Without an eligible trial, the price is charged on purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions.
