BreatheBox guides box breathing: four equal sides, four or five seconds each. Choose a preset, settle for three seconds, breathe, and leave. No streaks, no confetti, nothing on screen that isn't needed for the breath. FOUR PRESETS • Reset. 4 cycles, about a minute. Before a call. • Settle. 11 cycles, about three minutes. Between tasks. • Session. 19 cycles, about five minutes. Daily practice. • Deep. 37 cycles, about ten minutes. Wind down. GUIDED THE WAY YOU WANT Four channels, each independently on or off. • Voice. A calm recorded human voice, words only at each phase change, with optional counts. • Sound. Soundscapes whose texture shifts with each phase: Drone, Rain and Ocean, plus an optional soft chime at each corner. • Visual. Box trace, Shoreline, Orb or Horizon. Holds read as stillness, never as a frozen screen. • Haptics. A distinct tap pattern for each phase, so it works with your eyes closed and the phone in a pocket. PRIVACY IS A FEATURE No account.
