Wispim Teleprompter
The prompter that follows you
Free · In‑App Purchases
Read from a floating window while you record in Camera, Instagram or TikTok. The script follows your voice, waits when you pause, and catches up when you skip.
Most teleprompters scroll at a fixed speed and leave you chasing the text. Wispim follows the words you say, so you can look at the lens and speak naturally.
FOLLOWS YOUR VOICE
The script moves as you speak, waits while you think, and can find an earlier line when you repeat it. No speed to set or guess.
READS OVER YOUR CAMERA APP
Put the script in a floating window and record in Camera, Instagram, TikTok or another app. Move and rotate the window to place it under the lens.
SPEAK TO CONTROL IT
Say pause, continue, go back, restart or end to control the prompter.
BUILT FOR REAL TAKES
• In full screen, tap a word to continue from it
• In Voice mode, drag to read ahead; when you speak again, Wispim follows your words
• Mirror mode for a beam-splitter rig
• Adjustable text size, margins, line spacing and weight
• Countdown before the take starts
• Import TXT, Markdown, PDF, DOCX, and RTF
SIXTEEN LANGUAGES
The app is translated into sixteen languages. Voice following works in every language your iPhone or iPad recognizes, and spoken commands work in ten of them.
PRIVACY
Wispim does not receive your scripts or audio. Speech recognition runs on-device where available; otherwise iOS may send audio to Apple to convert it to text, which Wispim never receives. You can turn off usage statistics not linked to you in Settings.
FREE AND PRO
Free: six prompter takes, with voice following, voice commands and the floating window. Writing and editing scripts is free and unlimited. Pro: unlimited takes, import TXT, Markdown, PDF, DOCX, and RTF, and your script library on all your iPhones and iPads, through your own iCloud. Available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Terms of Use: https://wispim.com/terms
Wispim now fills the large inner display of iPhone Duo. Fold it like a laptop or a book, and while you read, the script and its controls stay clear of the fold.
