TELL is a validated digital speech biomarker platform for researchers and clinicians studying brain health, cognition, and neurodegenerative disease.
In just a few minutes of recorded speech, TELL captures 130+ acoustic and linguistic markers linked to conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, aphasia, and other cognitive and mood disorders. The app guides participants through a structured protocol of speech tasks and a linguistic profile survey, then returns real-time visualizations for clinical use and downloadable datasets for research.
