A document received by email now goes straight into Grid. In Mail, touch the attachment, then Share, and choose Grid. The document lands in the conversation, ready for your request: "draft the reply", "explain what is being asked of me", "translate this passage". PDF, image or text: it is read on your iPhone. The file is never sent, never kept. Only the text that was read enters the conversation. You can also photograph a document, several pages in a row if needed — Grid then tells you how many it read. And when a document is too long, it says so instead of stopping in silence.

Photograph a document, Grid takes it from there. CAMERA Take a photo of a letter, an invoice, a paper form. Grid reads the text on your phone and hands back what to do with it: a reply ready to send, or the form reproduced, ready to fill in. The photo never leaves your device. It is neither sent nor stored. FILLING IN WITHOUT FIGHTING THE KEYBOARD Missing details show up highlighted. An entry area opens above the keyboard: you type or dictate, and the document fills in before your eyes. Two chevrons move from field to field without ever closing the keyboard. FRENCH LANGUAGE The app has been bilingual since day one, but never declared it. Fixed. And still: no subscription, a pass that never expires, and top-ups that add up.

Answers you can actually use. When Grid writes a letter, an email or a notice, it now appears in its own card: you share the document alone, without the explanations around it. Anything it does not know becomes a field to fill in — [Client name], [Amount] — highlighted in the text. You fill them one tap at a time, and a detail entered once copies itself everywhere it appears. Then one gesture: Share. Mail, Messages, your notes. The message goes out from your own address, with your own signature. Also in this version: the message box no longer covers the end of your conversations, controls are easier to hit, and the dial shows a fuel drop during your trial credit.
