• You're in control: BioLog asks for your permission before sending anything, tells you exactly what is sent, and lets you decide whether to keep the suggestion
• Safety first: AI matches visual traits and can be wrong — never rely on it to decide what is safe to eat or handle
YOUR SIGHTINGS, ORGANIZED
• Recent Sightings groups everything by month, with past years folded away
• The Area map shows sightings near you or anywhere you explore
• Save favorite places — a local park, a trail, your garden — and jump straight to them
SHARE WITH FELLOW BIOLOGGERS
You control what you share, sighting by sighting. Your first sighting starts private, and if you're under 18 every new sighting does. Share one and it appears on the community map at an approximate location, so no one can pinpoint where you were, while friends you've connected with see its exact spot. You can report content or block another user at any time.
BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND
• No ads, and no advertising identifiers
• Your data is never sold
• Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, whenever you like
