Stop digging through binders. Add your manuals, invoices and photos, then ask: when was the impeller changed? What oil does she take? Answers come from your records. Everything about your boat, in one place — and it answers back. My Boat Notes keeps your boat's manuals, surveys, invoices, photos and notes together, and lets you ask questions about them in plain language. When was the impeller last replaced? What oil do the engines take? Where are the life jackets stored? You get an answer drawn from your own records, with the source shown so you can check it. Build your boat's library • Add documents, photos and videos, a voice memo, typed notes, or a link to a web page • Forward invoices and records to your boat's own email address and they're filed automatically • Photos that don't look boat-related are set aside, so the library stays about your boat Ask, and get answers from your records • Chat about your boat and see which record each answer came from • Talk instead of typing with voice conversations • Answers are marked when they come from your records See your boat at a glance • Specifications pulled from your documents: engines, dimensions, tanks, systems and more • A timeline of activities — trips, repairs, services and purchases — with dates and prices, built from your records Bring your crew • Invite crew with the right access: Full access, Editor or Read only • Ask your mechanic or crew a question by email; their reply lands in your inbox and your records Private by design Your records are yours. My Boat Notes asks your permission before any content is processed by its AI providers, and your content is never used to train AI models. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time. My Boat Notes is free to start.
