Team Inbox is a shared WhatsApp inbox for taxi and call-taxi fleets. One official company WhatsApp Business number, every driver replying from their own phone — whoever's free claims the conversation, and the customer always sees the same number.

One phone, one bottleneck
Before Team Inbox, a customer message only reached whoever was holding the company phone.
If that driver was mid-fare, nobody else saw the message.
Voice-first, because that's how drivers already communicate Team Inbox is built around voice, not typed as an afterthought: a full-width record button, one-tap playback at 1.5×/2× speed, and an automatic Cantonese transcript so a driver can glance at a red light and know what a customer needs.
A driver leaving doesn't take the customer with them Conversation history belongs to the company, not to whichever phone last held the WhatsApp number — a departing driver's own account is removed, but the company keeps its records.
