IRODORI is a notebook for fountain pen ink lovers - a place to keep your collection as a box of colored jewels.
Labels never show the real color. IRODORI reads the color straight from a photo of your swatch, lines every ink up by hue, and lets you browse, compare and choose at a glance.
Sorted by color, searched by color
- Your inks appear in a hue-sorted grid that is a pleasure just to look at
- Photograph a swatch and the app extracts its representative color automatically; tap anywhere with the eyedropper to fine-tune it
- Ask "which of my inks is closest to this color?" and get them ranked by CIEDE2000, the industry-standard color difference formula built around human perception
- Filter and search by color category, brand, rating, and ownership status
Search by reading, too
- Give each ink and pen a reading, in kana or in romaji - whichever you prefer
- Find an ink with a kanji name by its reading. Notes are searched as well
- Pens are searchable by model, reading, brand and note
Know what is in each pen
- Track which ink is currently inked in which pen
- See how many days it has been since filling, with a badge when cleaning is due
- Cleaning a pen turns the entry into history, so you can look back on what you used and when

- Record nib width (EF to BB and specialty nibs), nib material, filling system, purchase date, shop, and rating
