GSTNet Secure

Encrypted Chat & Calls

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New in 3.0: more reliable messaging, accurate read receipts, correct online status, and clear warnings when a GST-ID doesn’t exist or a message can’t be delivered. GSTNet is an end-to-end encrypted communication app built around a simple idea: you shouldn't have to give up privacy to stay connected. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED Messages, calls and files are encrypted on your device before they are sent. Global Space Technology does not possess the keys needed to decrypt your protected communication content. PEER-TO-PEER FIRST GSTNet connects you directly to your contacts whenever the network allows. When a direct connection isn't possible, an encrypted relay keeps the call connected. Your content stays encrypted either way. YOUR GST-ID, NOT YOUR PHONE NUMBER Create a free account in the app with just an email address and receive a unique GST-ID. No phone number required. AUTOMATIC ON-DEVICE TRANSLATION Incoming messages can be translated automatically on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device translation. Nothing is sent to a translation service, and the original text is always one tap away. Available for the languages supported by Apple's on-device translation on your device. VOICE & VIDEO CALLS Secure voice and video calls to any GST-ID, with quality that adapts to your network. Turn on your camera at any time during a voice call. GSTNet calls work like regular phone calls, with a ringing tone while you wait and CallKit support on the lock screen. GROUP CHATS AND CALLS Encrypted group conversations, and group calls with up to 5 people. BUILT-IN USER GUIDE A complete user guide in English and Japanese is included in the app (Settings › Help & Support). Read it, save it or print it. No website needed. FREE TO JOIN New accounts include 90 days of full access (one introductory period per device), with no credit card and no automatic charges. After that, sending and receiving messages and answering calls remain free. Starting voice, video and group calls and sending files require a GSTNet plan. PRIVACY BY DESIGN We don't sell your personal information, and our business model doesn't rely on advertising. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
