Own your notes: write in Markdown, organize flexible databases, plan in a calendar, and sync through iCloud or your own NoteX workspace. Notex is a local-first home for notes that stay yours. Every workspace is a folder of ordinary Markdown files, so your writing remains readable by other editors, command-line tools, Git, and AI tools. Use iCloud Drive to keep Markdown files available across Apple devices, or connect securely to a NoteX workspace you operate. There is no developer account required to write local notes. VOICE AND FILE FREEDOM Dictate with Apple speech recognition, or optionally configure your own Doubao credentials. Because the source stays in Markdown, you can browse, back up, version, or edit it outside Notex whenever you want. Notex Pro unlocks calendar and sync features.
