Track your working hours and turn them into timesheets and invoices. HourNexa brings your clients, projects and tasks together, from your first time entry to the PDF you share with your client. Especially well suited to freelancers who manage multiple clients and projects.
KEEP YOUR HOURS ORGANIZED
Record time by task and day in a weekly overview. Keep each task linked to its project and client, review your week, and import existing hours from a CSV file.
CREATE INVOICES FROM YOUR HOURS
Use recorded hours and task rates to prepare an invoice. Add your business details, configure tax rates, preview the PDF, and save a draft or complete the invoice for sharing.
SHARE CLEAR TIMESHEETS
Prepare monthly timesheets with space for client sign-off. Preview, share or print the PDF. Use English or Dutch form labels, or add your own translations.
PREPARE MILEAGE CLAIMS
Use driving distances for days with recorded hours to create a mileage claim PDF. Set your mileage rate and review the total before sharing.
RECORD TIME AT WORK LOCATIONS
Enable optional location-based tracking to record arrivals and departures at a task's work location. Review and adjust detected hours before including them in your documents.
KEEP COPIES OF YOUR WORK
Export a backup and restore the data you need. Enable Google Drive or iCloud Drive folders to save extra copies of PDFs and ZIP backups when you create them.
OPTIONAL HOURNEXA PRO
HourNexa includes advertising. A monthly HourNexa Pro subscription removes ads. Eligible Pro access can be shared across participating Derksen apps through optional account linking.
