Todo is todo.
ThenDo is a native macOS menu bar todo app. Click the checklist icon at the top of your screen, write down what needs doing, and finish one thing at a time.
Single todos
Capture independent tasks and check them off. Click a title to edit its text and date.
Sequential todos
Break a task into ordered steps. Finish the previous step to unlock the next. In an unfinished sequence, unchecking an earlier step also unchecks the steps that follow it.
A date for each task
Choose today, tomorrow, or a custom date. Each step in a sequence can have its own date, too.
Simple to capture. Easy to follow.
Paste multiple lines to add tasks or steps. Fully completed todos move to the completed list for reference. The menu bar shows how many items remain.
Your data stays on your Mac
No account, ads, analytics SDK, or cloud sync. Todos are stored locally, and the app works offline.
