The moment the meeting begins, the notification turns red, shakes, and shows "NOW" — so you join on time, every time. The overlay includes everything you need to step into the call confidently: • Camera preview — check your appearance before you join, right in the notification • Microphone meter — see your audio level live so you know your mic is working • One-click join — hit the button or press a keyboard shortcut and you're in immediately • Snooze — not ready yet? Snooze to the exact meeting start time, or add 3 or 5 minutes The overlay stays on screen until you actively join, snooze, or dismiss it — no accidental taps, no missed calls. Quietly in your menu bar the rest of the time. Final Call reads your Apple Calendar and lives in the menu bar with no Dock icon. See all of today's meetings at a glance, along with a progress ring during active calls. If you want it, you can have it start at login — and it stays out of the way in the background until the moment it matters. Note: Final Call currently supports calendars synced through the macOS Calendar app. Exchange, Google, iCloud, and other calendars are fully supported when added via System Settings → Internet Accounts. 18 video conferencing apps supported.
