Radio Somalia FM
Somali radio, near or far
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The Somali diaspora scattered across the UK, Sweden and the US shares one thing: distance from home. Radio Somalia FM closes that gap with the stations that matter — Idaacadda Subaxnimo, Holy Quran Radio and Radio Baidoa — in one fast, polished app.
• Live: Idaacadda Subaxnimo (VOA), Holy Quran Radio, Radio Baidoa 89.5 FM — news, Quran recitation and general programming.
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with quick playback controls.
• CarPlay: browse your stations from the car's screen.
• Apple Watch: listen from your wrist, no phone required.
• Podcasts: a varied Arabic and English library, to listen to anytime.
• Favorites: keep your go-to stations one tap away.
• Music recognition (Shazam) and live text, depending on the station.
• A sleep timer with a gentle volume fade-out.
• Interface in six languages, with full Arabic support.
The app is free. An optional subscription removes ads and unlocks advanced features.
