For Clientyr customers. Your enquiries, your week, your money and Send It, on your phone. Sign in with the details from your welcome email. Clientyr is a small team that builds Australian trade businesses their own Tailor-made System and keeps improving it. This is that system on your phone, for existing Clientyr customers. Sign in with the email and password from your welcome email. One button, three pages. The Clientyr mark at the bottom of every screen opens Home, Jobs and Accounting. The Account icon at the top opens Speak to us, your automations, your contacts and your settings. Home The enquiries that came in while you were on the tools, each one a tap from a call, a text, or being booked in as a job or a call-out. Your week as a calendar, with the whole month a tap away and the day's jobs listed under it; add a job, a call-out or a reminder to any day. And the month's money: invoices received, sent and reminded, money in and money out. Jobs Every job on one board, with the calendar above it. Open a job to see the customer, the address and the phone number, mark it completed, cancelled or rescheduled, and raise a quote off it. Accounting Send It: photograph a docket, a supplier invoice, a licence or a bill, or upload a PDF, and it comes back filed: dated, the figures read off it, a reminder set for anything with an expiry, and the cost recorded against the job. If something needs a word from you, it shows up as Needs you and you answer it there. Under it, the finances, the Books with your BAS summary and exports, and every quote from raising it to marking it paid. Speak to us A direct line to the team. Ask for a change, report something wrong, or tell us an idea; a real person replies within 24 hours. Choose the dark or the light look from Home. Your system also lives on the laptop at app.clientyr.com, and the two stay in step: what you change in one shows up in the other. Face ID or a fingerprint keeps it locked.
